We accept Optum and Blue Cross Blue Shield Indemnity, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPA, Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO plans.

If you have insurance with another carrier that is not listed above, we can help you by providing the necessary paperwork for reimbursement.

Below is our fee structure if you are considering self pay:

$150 for 15 minutes

$250 for 30 minutes
